影响热风炉温度提高的因素有哪些?热风炉的工作原理是什么?

影响热风炉热风温度提高的因素:从常识可知,要提高热风炉热风温度必然要提高燃烧温度,而燃烧温度又取决于煤气的发热值、过量空气系数、煤气与空气的温度以及燃烧的环境(绝热程度、空间大小等)。从上面各种因素看,提高煤气热值是便捷的,但不是充分利用低热值高炉煤气的办法。因此,如何在燃烧纯高炉煤气的前提下提高燃烧温度才是热风炉研究的重点。当不去考虑煤气与空气的温度时,热风炉燃烧装置就成为能否实现高燃烧温度的关键。

就是采用燃料直接燃烧,经高净化处理形成热风,而和物料直接接触加热干燥或烘烤。

养殖专用锅炉厂家表示该种方法燃料的消耗量约比用蒸汽式或其他间接加热器减少一半左右。因此,在不影响烘干产品品质的情况下,完全可以使用直接式高净化热风。

间接式热风炉的本质问题就是热交换。热交换面积越大,热转换率越高,热风炉的节能效果越好,炉体及换热器的寿命越长。反之,热交换面积的大小也可以从烟气温度上加以识别。烟温越低,热转换率越高,热交换面积就越大。
