提高燃气热风炉热效率的方法有哪些?

随着社会的进步,生产的发展,热风炉的应用越来广泛,那么怎样提高燃气热风炉热效率成为了我们值得关注的焦点。燃煤热风炉热效率是指单位时间内热风炉有效利用热量占热风炉输入热量的百分比,或相应于每千克煤炭或生物质颗粒所对应的输入热量中有效利用热量所占百分比。 燃气热风炉燃料送入热风炉的热量,其中大部分被热风炉受热面吸收,产生水蒸气。这是被利用的有效热量。而另一部分热量损失掉了,这部分热量,称为热损失。 燃气热风炉的热效率是指燃料送入的热量中有效热量所占的百分数。现代大型热风炉的热效率在90%左右。

提高燃气热风炉热效率就是增加有效利用热量,减少燃煤热风炉各项热损失,其中重点是降低燃煤热风炉排烟热损失和机械未完全燃烧损失。 降低燃煤热风炉排烟热损失:降低空气预热器的漏风率,特别是回转式空气预热器的漏风率;严格控制燃气热风炉锅水水质指标,当水冷壁管内含垢量达到400mg/m 时,应及时酸洗;尽量燃用含硫量低的优质煤,降低空气预热器入口空气温度,现代大容量发电热风炉均装有空气预热器,防止空气预热器冷前端受热面上结露,导致空气预热器低温腐蚀。采用提高空气预热器入口空气温度,增大燃煤热风炉排烟温度(排烟热损失增加)的方法,延长空气预热器使用寿命。降低机械未完全燃烧热损失:根据热风炉负荷及时间调整燃烧工况,合理配风,尽可能降低炉膛火焰中心位置,让煤在炉膛内充分燃烧;根据原煤挥发分及时间调整给煤量,使煤量维持最佳值;降低热风炉的散热损失,主要加强热风炉管道及本体保温层的维护和检修。
